The brakes are from from Baer Racing. The front brakes are
their 13" track kit with cross-drilled/slotted rotors and upgraded calipers.
The rears are their 12" touring kit with slotted and cross-drilled rotors.
The kit also came with a Baer
proportioning valve. Stainless steel brake lines were added at the
time of the installation.

I recently installed a 1993
Cobra brake booster. It was a pain to install (!!!) but should
help with vacuum assist. The brake pedal was very hard to push
with the stock booster, probably due to the blower and the custom
cam. (less vacuum than stock) In order to mount it, I had to
extend the holes on the firewall that the booster fits into. (elongate
them a little bit to the left) Once I did this, I was able
to squeeze it in without modifying the shock towers.
I did have to paint the
booster, as it came with a flat, textured gray color.
The Cobra unit is HUGE
compared to the stock booster. Notice the unpainted part in the
center. That is the color that this booster was. I taped it
off and painted it to make it look nicer. The 1993 Cobra booster
is preferrable to some of the other (newer) boosters, because it has the
same bolt pattern, and the brake rod is also the same shape and
length. It should not require much fabrication in the
installation, other than maybe elongating the bolt holes in the firewall
as I had to do.

Here are a few pictures of
the Cobra booster mounted in the car. It is a tight fit, but it
does fit!
